Meg Cox is a popular author and expert on trends in modern quilting. A former reporter for the Wall Street Journal, she has been quilting for 20 years. Her latest book is The Quilter's Catalog: A Comprehensive Resource Guide, a 600-page Bible for quilters that includes 12 projects, historical background and profiles of 20 top teachers. Cox also serves as president of the national nonprofit Alliance for American Quilts, whose mission is to save and share the stories of quilts and their makers.
