A self taught quilter and nothing makes me happier than to be in my sewing room listening to country or easy listening music or watching a vintage movie. I design and make smaller quilts using traditional quilt patterns. I love combining fabric and pattern to compliment one another.
Payment Policy
Pay Pal is the only method of payment accepted and payment is expected at the time of purchase. If payment hasn't been made within 3 business days, the transaction will be cancelled.
Shipping Policy
After payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email from Quilts by Judie at Creekside. This confirmation email will be requesting your mailing address associated with your PayPal account. Your phone number is also required. This confirmation email must be answered within 7 days. The purchased item will not be mailed without a reply to the confirmation email so please be sure quiltsbyjudieatcreekside@gmail.com is in your contact list or check your junk mail.
The purchased item will be mailed within 2 business days from receipt of address confirmation email.
All quilts and quilted wall hangings and table toppers are mailed USPS Priority Flat Rate Box INSURED. Insurance is included in the shipping fee.
Return Policy
QUILTS: Of course. If you are unhappy with your purchase email quiltsbyjudieatcreekside.com for a RIN (return information number). Do not return the item until you have contacted us and have received a RIN. Your money will not be returned without this number.
The seller pays for return USPS Priority shipping & insurance. The item must be enclosed in the original protective covering as it was received. The item must be returned clean, unwashed and free from animal or smoke odors, particularly cigarette or cigar smoke. If the item is received by Judie at Creekside in this manner a full refund will be issued, minus shipping, handling & insurance.
If the item is returned dirty, or smelling of animal or cigarette or cigar smoke a 25% cleaning fee will be deducted from the amount refunded.
SUPPLY ITEMS: i.e. cross stitch fabric, books, patterns, kits. NO REFUND, NO RETURN, NO EXHANGE. What you see is what you get. WYSIWYG. I've described the product to the best of my ability, pointing out any markings, tears etc.. If you have a question about supply items please ask before buying.
