I made these DIY wedding programs to match my wedding colors, kelly green and hot pink. You can read more about them at my blog.
The covers are made from green office paper, washi tape, scraps of wrapping paper and the custom wedding stamp I also used on the invitations. I printed the info for the wedding programs on 8.5" x 11" paper and folded it, then stitched the covers on. This was a pretty inexpensive project, with probably $10 in copier paper, $6 in washi tape, and another $4 in adhesive.
