Jeannette Dress Pattern

This is my newest Free Dress Pattern, the Jeannette Dress. The pattern features a semi fitted color block dress with flared raglan sleeves.
It comes in sizes from 4 to 22 and includes a handy drafting tutorial to learn how to make your own size!
