Eyeball Halloween Wreath

Wrapped a foam wreath with black streamers. I don't recommend this because the streamer paper tears so easily and the color will bleed when it gets wet. Use black ribbon instead. Speared each rubble eye ball with pins so that there was something to stick into the foa wreath. Used hot glue to keep the eye balls in place. Since I couldn't find the eye balls that glowed in the dark I used some glow in the dark paint on them.
