I love making dresses for girls and can't wait to have a granddaughter to make them for!
This cute dress has a very full double skirt. Top skirt and bodice fabric has colorful hats and hat boxes. Ties are a beautiful yellow. Underskirt is a rich blue. Top skirt has a gather that can be adjusted to create a cute scallop on the front. Elastic in the back helps with a great fit. 100% cotton. Great for the summer. Add a simple white shirt under it and your child can wear it into the fall.
