I found instructions on how to make this draped dress from 1924 online. It was incredibly easy and mostly just involved putting 2 rectangles together with a sash.
The pattern also called for shirring in the back, which I did not do, but I might add it in to give the waist just a little more definition.
Overall, I absolutely love this pattern and this dress and I no longer think 20s clothes are only accessible for those with boy-ish figures. Give it a shot!
(And yes, those are chickens on my dress!)
