Heather Valentine is the creative juice behind The Sewing Loft. A sewing community focused on inspiring you to "Reclaim" your creativity, one stitch at a time. After earning a degree in fashion design and pattern making from New York's Fashion Institute of Technology, Heather took her talent to some of the top name brands in the apparel industry. This real world experience has not only exposed her to many areas within the industry but also impressed the importance of a quality hand-made product. In addition to designing patterns, she shares her creative process, ideas and projects on Cool2Craft TV. Her work has graced the pages of several print publications, including Crafts 'n Things, Kids Crafts 1-2-3, Green Child Magazine and The Crafty Entrepreneur. She has been named one of Baby Lock's favorite bloggers and continues to push the needle forward.
