I wish I had a drill so I could make this. Do you know of any other ways to make holes in the bottle caps?

I found someone with a similar predicament in a forum thread (http://hipgirlclips.com/forums/how-make/65968-putting-holes-bottle-caps-necklaces.html). This individual bought a bottle cap hole puncher that's much cheaper but more limited than a Dremel drill (http://www.hipgirlclips.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=76_331_461&products_id=13997). It seems to do the trick.
