Seychelles Crochet Pattern

Row 1 (WS): Ch 1, sc in the first sc, *ch 4, skip the next 2 dc, 5 dc in the next dc, ch 4, skip the next sc, sc in the next sc; repeat from the * across. Ch 7, turn.

Row 2: Ch 7 (counts as tr, ch 3 here and throughout), *sc in each of the next 5 dc, ch 5; repeat from the * across, ending with sc in each of the next 5 dc, ch 3, tr in the last sc, turn.

Row 3: Ch 3 (counts as dc here and throughout), 2 dc in the first tr, *ch 3, skip the next sc, sc in each of the next 3 sc, ch 3, skip the next 2 ch, 5 dc in the next ch; repeat from the * across, ending with ch 3, skip the next sc, sc in each of the next 3 sc, ch 3, skip the next 2 ch, 3 dc in the fourth ch of the turning­ch­7, turn.

Row 4: Ch 3, 2 dc in the first dc, *ch 4, skip the next sc, sc in the next sc, ch 4, skip the next 2 dc, 5 dc in the next dc; repeat from the * across, ending with ch 4, skip the next sc, sc in the next sc, ch 4, skip the next 2 dc, 3 dc in the top of the turning­ch­3, turn.

Row 5: Ch 1, sc in each of the first 3 dc, *ch 5, skip the next sc, sc in each of the next 5 dc; repeat from the * across, ending with ch 5, skip the next sc, sc in each of the next 2 dc, sc in the top of the turning­ch­3, turn.
