No second-hand beret to be found? Crochet you own!
“Prince’s most perfect pop song “Raspberry Beret” was released in 1985 on Around the World in a Day. It was an instant worldwide hit and remains a pop on them and radio favorite nearly 30 years on.”
In Prince’s typical inimitable style, the girl in the beret who steal’s his heart is sturdy and not too bright, but rather rebellious none the less. If you been scouring the second-hand stores for a raspberry beret but come up empty handed, you could just crochet of your own. According to the Prince, when the weather is warm, this is all you’ll need to wear anyway.
Materials Needed:
• Crochet hook 5.5 mm
• A ran weight yarn (we used Style craft Special A ran in Raspberry)
• Scissors
