Ideally your photo is 450 pixels wide. If your photo is smaller than that the gallery will center the image on the background. If it is larger than that, it will be resized. If you don't have image editing software like Photoshop here are a few online photo editing services that you might like: Picnik, Aviary and Photoshop Express Online.
