Knitters seem to try to take all the glory in the winter months, but that doesn't mean that crochet is left out in the cold. One of the big trends for this year in both knitting and crochet is animal hats. They're great for kids, teens, guys, gals, moms, grandmas and grandpas ... doesn't matter who, they will always look cute and be warm. Here is my list of picks for crochet hat patterns to make for this cold weather season. They all would make wonderful handmade gifts for Christmas, but I won't tell if you make them for yourself!
