Using scrap leather cut from an outdated, Goodwill-scrounged purse, even those new to sewing can make this quick and easy tassel. Tassels can be made short or long, depending on your liking, and add an edgy flair to purses, shoes or even pillows.

The leather piece can be any length, but it should be no wider than 5 inches. Sharp fabric scissors create clean cuts.

Materials: Things you will need: leather, glue gun and scissors.
