I was recently asked to bring fruit to a pool party. Short on time and not feeling particularly creative, I just tossed some skewers on a platter. If only I had seen this display beforehand, I would've stolen the show! This is a very clever take on the watermelon bowl, when you need to elevate your centerpiece to the next level.
