There are plenty of ingredients you probably didn't realize you can grill, bake or sauté in your waffle maker. Dan Shumski, creator of the Will it Waffle? blog has recently turned up the temperature on his hot plate passion and collected his waffle wisdom into the "Will it Waffle" book by Workman Publishing.
