Finding the time to host a holiday party can be impossible this time of year. Not all of us are natural hostesses who love to show off decorations and have tons of time to make dainty little morsels. If you are, we envy you, and this article isn't for you. This is for those of us who don't have time to put up a tree, let alone throw a party!

First, you'll need to figure out what to feed people when they arrive. Here's two suggestions: 1) hire a caterer or 2) follow any of these recipes from The Pioneer Woman's Ree Drummond, including these delicious Christmas tortilla rollups.
She says she pulled off all of her party food in three hours, and, honestly, after making a couple of her appetizers for a family dinner, you'll see that it's totally doable. From bacon-wrapped scallops with chili butter and pineapple bacon-wrapped shrimp skewers with ginger marinade to.... Oh, honestly, who needs to hear the rest? They're all easy and delicious!
You'll need a pretty table setting or presentation. This idea from DIYNetwork is eye-catching but very easy to accomplish if you have access to pine needles. Plus, bringing pine indoors makes for not only beautiful decor but a lovely scent, as well.
Another fun but simple idea for your Christmas table decor is arranging candy in a vase. This idea from Real Simple makes for a lovely centerpiece that also serves as a snack display.

Music
Finally, you'll need some music. It can be tough putting playlists together, but, thankfully, a lot of people have already done the work for us. One of our favorite playlist ideas includes this article from the Pioneer Woman filled with cheery, Christmasy suggestions.
Ree Drummond also has some smart tips for staying stress free during the holidays. Watch the above video.
With these three elements, pulling together a Christmas party is, well, not so daunting.
